DEFINITIONS

  • Shipper: The person or organization that has shipped the cargo for international freight transport.
  • Recipient: The person or organization receiving the cargo in the Netherlands.
  • BaliCargo: The freight transport company responsible for shipping the cargo from Bali to the Netherlands.
  • Cargo: The freight being shipped.


REFUND ELIGIBILITY
BaliCargo
offers a refund option in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation Refund: If the shipper cancels a cargo shipment before it is picked up or processed by BaliCargo, a full refund of the freight amount will be issued, minus any administrative fees.
  • Billing Error Refund: In the event of a billing error related to the freight amount by BaliCargo, the shipper will be refunded the overcharged amount.
  • Other Circumstances: For situations in which a refund is being considered, the shipper should contact BaliCargo to discuss the specific circumstances and reasons for the refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • Administrative Fees: BaliCargo reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for processing refunds, especially in the case of cancellations or billing errors.
